Executive Chef

Ian Lee is the Executive Chef at Blacksmith Bar & Grill. Korean born Chef Lee has worked in luxury hotels all over the world for over 30 years. He has won numerous awards over the years, including the World Culinary Competition, the Black Box Culinary Competition Gold Medal, and the Potential of People Award. Among the mouth-watering dishes, he makes sure there is something for everyone, sweet and savoury!
