Our acclaimed Executive Chef, Ian Lee, born and raised in South Korea, brings the authentic flavours of his homeland straight to your plate. With deep roots in Korean culinary traditions, Chef Lee infuses the dishes with the essence of his heritage, while adding a fresh, modern twist. His passion for Korean cuisine, combined with his mastery of local ingredients, creates an unforgettable fusion of flavours that will transport you to the vibrant markets and kitchens of Korea.

LA Galbi (Korean Beef Short Rib BBQ) (GF) – $25
Tender beef short ribs paired with king oyster mushrooms, roasted garlic, and pine nuts, served with fluffy steamed rice and tangy kimchi. A smoky, savory delight.

Korean Fried Chicken – $25
Juicy chicken breast and thigh coated in a gochujang sweet chilli glaze, topped with peanuts and spring onions, and served with house-made pickles. A crispy classic with a bold twist.

Galbi-jjim (Beef Rib Stew) (GF) – $25
A rich, hearty stew featuring tender beef ribs with turnip, jujube, shiitake mushrooms, capsicum, and carrot, served alongside steamed rice and kimchi. Comfort food that warms the soul.

Bibimbap (GF, V, VE*) – $22
A vibrant bowl of brown rice topped with zucchini, edamame, spinach, capsicum, beef strips, and a fried egg, served with miso soup and gochujang sauce. A satisfying mix of flavours and textures, with a vegetarian option available.

Japchae (Korean Glass Noodle Salad) (GF, V, VE*) – $21
Delicate sweet potato starch noodles stir-fried with woody mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, onion, capsicum, and beef strips, finished with egg and sesame oil. Light, flavourful, and refreshing.
